I received this link in an email asking to support law abiding gun owners. It is to a 'petitions.whitehouse.gov' website.

Perhaps another petition should be made:

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

I do solemnly swear to upkeep the freedoms issued by and paid for in blood by generations of our forefathers against tyranny both foreign and domestic.

Nice gesture but the only petition Politicians care about happened last November.
