Comparing Car and Gun Fatalities is Misleading and Irrelevant | The Truth About Guns

Have seen a few of these types of arguments as of late but I think this one is a good read, of course with anything posted online like this without doing your own due diligence and comparing your own numbers, any information can be misrepresented. But it all just comes back down to anything put into the hands of someone who is incompetent, mentally challenged, irresponsible or criminally motivated can make use of any instrument to cause with deadly force, lethal harm to any individual or group of people. I'm sure in the days ahead both sides will use all information available to try and make their respective points. I just hope that the people listening, that may be making the final decision can wade through all of it objectively and make the right consitutional decision. Otherwise we may be looking at alternate forms of travel/commuting, meeting atfer work of a Dr. Pepper/Dew/Coke instead of our favorite mixture of hopps and barley, because surely if they pass bans on the firearm industry then they would rationally go after automobiles and the Alcohol industries next.....right?

I know its a rant.....and I am sorry to subject you all to this...but i needed a outlet...trying to rationalize with irrational people is at best mind numbing.

Keep up the good fight everyone...hopefully we can get past all this soon enough and get back to enjoying what we all like to do.

I have probably consumed 10,000 tylenol since this all started. LOL You are correct, trying to have a honest "discussion" with someone who is anti-gun is like pounding rocks with your forehead. Until recently I never put much time into analyzing the liberal vs. middle of the road, or conservative thinking, but BOY IS THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I have drawn my own conclusion is that liberal thought, or ideals can not and will not involve any form of common sense. I am entrenched in this fight, and I will not back down on this attack on my liberties! I will die with my boots on Hope everyone is with us !!!
