I feel constitutional carry is a good thing. However, in some states it may nullify state reciprocity agreements already in place or potentially a national reciprocity law which are permit based.

I love hearing 2A Carry news.

MY opinion- if I can possess a firearm I should be abler to carry it whereever, however.

I love that all of northern New England is now CC. Too bad about my friends still south of the border in MA. Don't see that place making 'progress' anytime soon. It's nice when hunting not to have to worry about whether my sidearm is partly concealed or partly exposed or whatever. As long as I can get at it quickly.

North Dakota will still issue permits, but doesn't require them.
That however, only applies to ND residents. Non residents will still need to have a permit or license recognized by ND to carry in the state.

Funny how the states that you most likely need to defend your life in are labeled "May-issue" which probably translates in most cases to "No-issue."

Aloha,

A good reason Not to visit Hawaii.

Your CC permit is NOT honored here.

Hawaii residents can NOT get permits,

they are NOT issued by Chiefs of police.

Ask us why we're moving to Texas.

Not that I ever planned to move there, but before my vacation there in 2009, I did some research.

As I recall, permits are issued by the county sheriffs. Each island is it's own county. A permit issued in one county is not valid in another.

Hawaii is one of the least 2A friendly states there is, and I live in a state that is not considered very 2A friendly.

Given the choice, I'd live in Texas over Hawaii. The weather in Hawaii is better, but that's about it IMHO.

Az does not require a permit to CC nor open carry . Texas still does require a permit for either . I lived in Az till " 14" then moved to Texas.
