A Government Out of Control
This is what can happen when a government entity decides to seize someones weapons on the slimiest of evidence. I am glad this guy got his guns back but one has to wonder about the cost involved in doing so.
This is why the fight must go on!

California man who had 541 guns seized by DOJ gets them all returned to his family

If I wrote down what I think of some of the people in California DOJ using language that I feel is appropriate for them, I would be kicked out of here so fast that I would break the sound barrier.

Interesting to know if compensation will be paid for the damage to the unlawfully seized property, and/or a civil action taken against all involved in the crime.

California. At this point, when I hear stuff like this about Cali, I just roll my eyes.
First, they think they can cede from the union because Trump won.
Now, they want to ignore federal law re: immigration and become a "sanctuary state".

I really feel sorry for our fellow gun owners that are living in Kalifornia. I don't see any real good change coming down the road.

How the people in California continue to vote in the people who do things like this is amazing.

^^^The part I hate most about California is that many of the people who voted in these horrible laws...are now moving out of California because of what they created.
Over the past 10-15 years, these people have flooded other states (WA, OR, and CO...TX you aren't immune either), and are now affecting policy by voting again with the same stupid principles that caused them to have to flee their homeland in the first place.

I wonder how much damage was done to these firearms when they were confiscated. We've all seen pictures of this happening where the firearms are just tossed into the back of a van for example. I also wonder if the original owner has any legal recourse for sustained damages?

I know the feeling. Happens wherever Californians end up. They hate Kali politics, but start the same **** wherever they are!
