U.S. appeals court upholds right to carry gun in public
U.S. appeals court upholds right to carry gun in public - Reuters
(C) Reuters 2020
That's pretty doggone amazing for the 9th Circuit! It's good law, too. The big problem, presently, is that the Chief Justice is not a solid RKBA guy and the SCOTUS just refused to hear at least one 2nd Amendment case because Roberts was not going to side with the conservatives.

No one knows precisely why the Court declines to take a case.
Sometimes the facts, or the party, are unsympathetic. The cases the Court declined to hear don’t have the attractiveness that Heller (very restrictive DC regulations) or MacDonald’s elderly African American in Chicago had. Additionally, these cases dealt with firearms in the home: a sacrosanct space.

That's true, but what I wrote above came from a SCOTUS leak a day or three ago.

Old News = Fake New News just to keep people riled up and angry .
Be careful what you "read" it may be old or untrue ...
do further research on a "stories" validity before declaring it true and factual .
Some out there will tell untruths to push their agenda's .

This is why I primarily ignore any articles that show up on homes pages, sidebars, and notifications on various websites, because they tend to be outdated articles which are endlessly cycled just to generate ad revenue for the website.
Honestly, you'd be surprised at how many websites shamelessly recycle old, high profile or otherwise just plain click-baity articles just to make ad revenue from folks clicking on them thinking that they're news.
For example, I tend to use Fire Fox as my Web Browser of choice, and while it's an excellent Web Browser, I absolutely hate how the home page and any new taps feature recommended articles which cannot be turned off, most of which are the most absolutely asinine articles I've ever seen, and they're most often extremely dated. There's nothing quite like reading an article from 2015 featuring advice on marriage/dating that is written by someone who is clearly trapped in a toxic relationship which they're in denial about, with the whole article basically amounting to nothing but the author desperately trying to convince themself that every relationship is like theirs, that anyone else who has a more healthy relationship is young or naive, and that the abusive/disrespectful habits of their significant other are completely natural.
Oh, but my personal favorite due to sheer hilarity was an article titled "How to throw a punch" with a thumbnail illustrating precisely how not to make a fist if you intend on throwing a punch in such an absurd manner that literally anyone who has ever actually punched anyone at any point in their life would know.
That's not to say that all old/recycled articles featured on websites are bad, in fact some of them include legitimately helpful information regarding annual occurrences, but at the very least it's best to check the date of when an article was written/posted, then check the comments just to make sure it's actually current before posting it elsewhere, because unfortunately some websites actually change the dates of certain articles to make them seem more current than they actually are.
I recall reading an article recently on the 10mm Auto cartridge which claimed it was posted on June 26, 2020, yet the comments date back to 2017.
