I have come across several boxes of the Federal .38 Special +P+ 147gr JHP ammunition that was previously in use by several federal law enforcement agencies. They are loaded with the Federal Hydra-Shok bullet. When these were still available at several online vendors last year, they were selling between $50 to $60 per box of fifty rounds.
