Allen Frame - you know if you cut front sight off and make it where you cut a 1/16 inch deep slot on the end of now new barrel, why can't you pull the front sight and drill for a 4-40 screw and tap the new barrel and the screw or screws would be hid. Guess you could sliver solider it on?
A 4 inch would be a nice size to have.
