If this will fit a K-38 Serial Number K 287XXX I will take it. I broke the rear sight on my K-38 and have been to the gunsmith twice for a replacement at $30 a pop each time. The first time the height was correct but it had a white outline. I took it back and he replaced that blade with a plain one. It shoots way too high. Is replacing this sight somnething I may be able to do without paying a gunsmith?

Is a check OK or do you prefer another financial instrument?
