Because you couldn't find data for the 240gr LSWC in a .44 Mag??

VERY Advanced handloaders sometimes extrapolate data, but that is quite risky unless you know exactly what you are doing, and even then it requires careful consideration. I would not recommend that as a general course of action.

This is Hodgdon's data for Trail Boss loads using the 240 LSWC:

.44 Magnum

STARTING LOAD - Case: Win. / Primer: Rem. 2 1/2 / Barrel: 8.275" / Bullet: .430", 240 grain LSWC / Powder: 6.0 grains Trail Boss / MV 828 fps / MAP: 19,100 PSI.

MAXIMUM LOAD - Case: Win. / Primer: Rem. 2 1/2 / Barrel: 8.275" / Bullet: .430", 240 grain LSWC / Powder: 7.3 grains Trail Boss / MV 917 fps / MAP: 21,600 PSI.
