I’ve owned several over the years and shot a Super Skeet for a while. My brother still has a 12ga 1000 and loves it for upland birds (his is choked I.C.). The lines are similar to the Remington 1100, but most of them have an aluminum alloy receiver and they feel different. I always felt the fit and finish were better on the 1000 than on the Remington, but they don’t have a strong market value. They were made by Howa for S&W. I wouldn’t have much use for a 20ga full choke and would pass on it at that price (if it was $250 I‘d have to buy it
). The Remington 1100 was/is way more common and parts and accessories are everywhere.
