I wanted to buy a 29-2 4" to shoot. Had feelers out for one about 5 years ago and got a call from a local shop. The gun is perfect in a presentation case and appears unfired. I could not pass it up for $550.00 (2004 price, remember). So, I either buy a 4" shooter and keep this one as a safe queen, or shoot it. That's where I'm at, the 5 year debate stage. Don't plan on ever selling it and will pass it on to son or grandsons.
