I would also shoot the "hard-to-find" [but not rare] .38/44 however I would never shoot a rare gun, if I found one at a cheap price I'd turn it over for a profit.
Here's a NIB, never fired 1974 purchase M57 with all original tools and papers and sales tickets. It will be fired by me.
