And the fanny pack debate rages on! I did a modification of a Bagmaster belt pack which, for me, works quite well and avoids soe of the legitimate fanny pack criticisms.



The pic shows the backside of a BAGMASTER belt pack to which I have added some home made shoulder carry straps by means of 3' split rings. The pack can be worn using the clip alone; or with the belt loops; or the shoulder straps; or in any combination of the three fastening modes. Whatever suits your fancy! The result is a large pistol bag (I carry a full sized 1911) with room for a large pistol and other stuff as well. Very handy and effective and ends up NOT looking like a fanny pack but, nonetheless, serves the purpose quite well.
