I wear one in the summer months. Not always, but enough to recommend one. Mine is made by DeSantis. It's very high quality and holds the gun securely and has fast access. Like Wayne and others have said, it doesn't scream "gun". Look around, people are oblivious to their surroundings. No one will think twice. Go get one. It will not be your primary means of carry, but will come in very handy.
