I have two of those (a 6.5 ", the other 4"). I am about your size. Except for the gun they are fitted for mine are not sized for body fit. I had to adjust the harness to my liking and then had it stitched to eliminate the laces. So, I am curious about the XL sizing because the harness is adjustable. Got mine in mid 2009 from Lawman, so if they changed the harness sizing, I am not familiar with that.
