Just got in more frame tools and medium/large full sized grips.

Watch for photos this week of a M&Pc with the "kit" - Stippled grip, magazine release, frame tool, and curved baseplate. Four pieces for one price!

Thanks to everyone who is contacting me with orders - my current turn-around time is 24 hours...appreciate your feedback and orders!!! Looks like #8s are pretty popular...made more tonight...

NEW ITEM! I've now got frame tools for compact 9/40 guns. This means I can now offer a "compact kit". My kits have been pretty popular so far - this one gives you four items:
-stippled back strap
-stippled mag release
-stippled compact frame tool
-stippled magazine extension baseplate

Cost will be $32 for $36 worth of equipment - you save $4!

Here is what it looks like (only in black):

Question I get asked the most - what is your most popular grip sold:
A: My most popular grip is the #8 grips and grip sets.

I also sell the dark earth stippled magazine release and dark earth/tan grips - these look great on both your dark earth full sized guns as well as your black guns!!

Got the chance to stipple some compact .45 grips today - my first ones! They were pretty fun since they weren't the giant full sized. Made a #4 and a #8 for a customer on this forum (waiting to hear from ya!). Always love working on new grips...each size/gun grip is made (and stipples) differently.

Black compact .45 (small) #8 on the left and #4 on the right:

My newest adventure - for sale. This is a kit for my new M&P compact .45. The frame tool, grip, and curved magazine baseplate are different than those on a compact 9mm or .40 (learned this the hard way...but got a gun out of my troubles!)

I have these items in stock yet..just waiting on the FDE/tan grips.

So I took some time to stipple myself a set of grips for my M&Pc 9mm. Also stippled a couple of XGrips. I can stipple XGrips for you...send me an IM to learn how.

Here is my training kit (minus a couple magazines). M&Pc 9 (wearing #8 design) on the left with a M&P Pro 9mm (wearing #6 design) on the right. Good times!!!

Your M&Pc .45 could look like mine:

Added a light to my range gun...then shot the heck out of it this weekend out in the Missouri countryside. LOVE THE #6 stipple design on this gun, stuck to my hand even in the hot, humid weather of Missouri. YOU can have the same grips - just let me know what you need!!!

Good news. My deployment was cancelled, my availability timeline didn't match what was needed...so I won't be going on this one. Good news is that my replacement really WANTED to go - and his timeline supported the mission.

So. I will get parts ordered on Monday and get my stocks back up. I am going to keep the grip prices at $15 for awhile. Y'all are some dedicated customers and you deserve a price cut once in a while!

Thank you again for your support!

Good news. Ordered my first "frame tool assembly lanyard" (S&W part #39165 for tan) just to see what the heck it was!! Don't know what I will do with them...or why they are cheaper than regular frame tools...but we will see! Got 5 x tans ones inbound - will let you know. Any demands for these? Anyone use them?

I will be CLOSED from Friday through Sunday. Will start stippling again on Monday. If you send me an order...I will NOT start work on it until Monday or Tuesday.

I will be stippling tomorrow - if I get an order in tonight or tomorrow...I can finish tomorrow night and send out Friday morning.

I hope all of you get the chance to enjoy some time off this weekend. I'm having a Hurricane Party and spending some time with family. Thanks!

Back from vacation - taking orders. Will start stippling tomorrow.

Still out of those pesky black magazine releases. Running low on the tan ones two - having a heck of a time getting them from S&W...both on back order.

Thank you - hope y'all are having a great holiday!!!

Received my first black lanyard frame tool for full sized 9/40/45 M&Ps. I've had a few demands for this part over the past 2 weeks....so I've got some inbound (tan should be here this week...black are back ordered from S&W).

These do NOT affect concealed carry IMHO. Wore one in my FS M&P Pro 9mm all weekend...around the house in an IWB holster. Obviously, most of you would be wearing these in an OWB / OC fashion with a lanyard. Good for ATV driving, hunting trips, camping, hiking, duty wear, etc.

Cost is the same as the regular frame tools. Here are some photos with a #8 design. Will start taking orders for the tan/fde ones...with demand will come more stock - just got 10 ordered now.

Lanyard Frame tool on left - regular frame tool on right. No difference in frame fit. Sticks out a bit on the bottom and to the back:

Here is it on a M&P Pro 9mm with metal clip lanyard:

Got my first tan lanyard frame tools today. Ordered 10...already sold 7...three left with more on order. First come, first served. I will replace these one-for-one with a normal frame tool in any of my kits. No black on hand...on back order. Here is a photo of two of them:

I received 10 TAN/FDE lanyard frame tools yesterday. Still waiting on the black ones. Cost remains $9 or I can switch 1-for-1 on a regular frame tool if you buy a set. Thanks!

I am going to be CLOSED from Thursday until Monday - heading out to Kansas! If you still want to drop an order...we will chat about when you can expect delivery.

Thanks! atriot:

I GOT THE BLACK MAGAZINE RELEASES IN FROM S&W!!! ALMOST 45 DAYS WITHOUT THEM! BUY THEM WHILE THEY ARE IN STOCK.

Unfortunately, I am now out of the TAN/FDE magazine releases. Supply and demand...you never know what they will run out of!

ALL OTHER ITEMS IN STOCK!

ALMOST everything in stock - still out of TAN/FDE magazine releases.

Spent some time in the backyard stippling some sets for y'all today. Yep, 83 degrees here in sunny Illinois - at the end of October!! Loving it!

Here is my M&Pc 9mm with a complete #8 set:

I will not be stippling from Friday through Sunday - making an un-planned trip to Baltimore to assist my parents in cleaning up the house. Super Storm Sandy flooded the basement and life is not good out there right now.

You can still leave orders via IM...but my responses may be delayed. Taking Monday off to complete my stippling.

Thanks for your understanding.

If you require an order, contact me via Private Message and I will lay out the payment / coordination details. The items I sell and the price list are located in earlier postings on this thread.

To all:

Back to work after a long Veterans Day Weekend. Quickly running out of black / tan full sized frame tools and I am still out of the tan magazine releases. Either S&W is still backed up with previous orders or the elections threw a wrench into their business just as it did 4 years ago (everyone wants a gun!) Get your orders in quickly!

L/G- I am now OUT of a couple items:
1.
2. BLACK fullsized frame tools (out now)
3. TAN fullsized frame tools (I have 3 left right now)

S&W is having a HARD time filling orders on small arms parts. They focus is on producing guns and filling the back orders. Seems these recent elections (like 4 years ago) have fueled the sale of weapons. So, I apologize for my inability to complete orders.

I try to keep a stockage level of 20-30 of each item on hand (depending on demand). Since this is a hobby for me (I'm Active duty Army), I don't try to stay too far ahead of demand. Again, contact me with your request - will advise when items come in.

BTW- If you have photos of my products on your guns - please send them via IM, or you can email to: armybarth@gmail.com or find a thread on this forum and post them. I am developing my first website this weekend and need them for advertising. Thanks in advance!!!

I've received several requests to sell a colored grip. I am NOT a gunsmith nor have I don any modifications to my guns...I simply enjoy stippling some parts

Here is what I want to do. I plan on buying a can of Brownells Aluma-Hyde II paint. Unfortunately, it comes in NINE (9) colors and I don't know what demand would be (It will cost me $25 delivered...so I don't want to buy too much!). Attached is the link for you to look at the colors. Would y'all mind providing me input on a color which would interest you? Once I have a good feel for a color, I will buy the paint, stipple/spray some grips and offer several for free to you to try out.
World's Largest Supplier of Gun Parts, Gunsmith Tools & Shooting Accessories - Brownells

The other avenue is ceratoking the grips/parts...but that is for another person to do. Plenty of good people offering this service. I see them for $10-$15 each...I am purchaing a set for me once I figure out the color I want.

Thanks for the help!

Good news and bad news:

GOOD NEWS- I have 50 tan magazine releases in stock!!! Received them 12/17.

BAD NEWS- S&W remains back ordered on tan and black fullsized frame tools. These two have been on order for 60 days. Customer service says they will be back in stock in January- their focus is on building guns...retail parts are 2nd focus.

I'm doing brisk business in all compact guns and all grips. Just can't sell those sets like y'all like. Hit me up with your request - I'm still here!

BTW- here is my M&Pc 9mm with a #4 design with some new paint. atriot:

Ladies and Gents,

2 admin updates:

1. 12/17- Received 50 tan magazine releases!!! Still no tan or black frame tools. There is hope...

2. I am increasing my processing time from 72 hours to 5 days. My trend has been 48 hours...but the combination of incoming cold weather (I stipple in my unheated garage) and increased work demand (that darn Army gig) is forcing me to adjust my turn-around times. Of course, I will continue to push product out as fast as possible - but please understand the change.

Thanks - keep those orders coming...

No price-gouging here my gun-friendly folks! Prices remain the same even as the country is running on a double of Red Bull !

As you stock up on your favorite Smith and Wesson M&Ps...think of me to customize those grips. Nothing will make your New Year more special than a set of my stippled grips on your new (or old) gun!

Happy Holidays! Be safe and always carry when legal.

Happy 2013! Hope everyone had a safe holiday season.

No changes are good changes here in the stippling business. My prices will remain the same, as long as my parts continue to flow from S&W, we will be in business! I will add one item later this week (the metal magazine butt plate catch).

Coming up on my 500th order! EDIT 9 JAN 12: I made it to 500!!!

Been real busy now that I have my own website - love the work!

Take care all, thanks for your patronage and support.

No shipping charges and no increase in prices for 2013! What a deal!

Let me know what you need...I've got a 48 hour turn-around right now!

Love the FDE on FDE. If only the compacts came in FDE!

Selling a lot of FDE items lately - a rush on them in fact - remember, they don't exist for the compact 9/40s.

Default NEW price list (NO price changes) and NEW item

Updated my Price List as of 20JAN13. Added a Base Pad Locking Plate for $5 each. You can see my complete price list at the first posting of this thread. This allows you to use the OLD basepads with your NEW magazine.

[Background- S&W now has two different basepad locking plates for their full sized magazines. You can tell the difference if you look at the bottom of your magazine - the catch will either be circular or square. If it is circular, then you have a metal base pad locking plate within the mag (this is the OLD mag). If it is square, you have a plastic locking plate (this is the new magazine). The new square-catch basepads only come in BLACK while the older ones with a circular catch come in both TAN/FDE and black. I like mine tan so I have the metal catch in all my mags. Here is photo to help.

I HAVE FULLSIZED FRAME TOOLS IN STOCK - BOTH BLACK AND FDE. FINALLY.

It's been almost 100 days...but S&W surprised me yesterday and shipped me some frame tools. I filled all my back orders first but still have several of each color. 50 more are on the way as well. Standing by for your orders! Get them while they are hot!!!

TWO NOTES:

1. Received more full sized frame tools this week! Get them or get a full sized set while they are in!

2. I will be closed from 3-10 FEB 13. I will be on military duties out of state. No stippling until I return - will check emails when I can.

Thank you for your patronage!

I AM BACK! Spent some time in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA - loved it. I was stationed in Savannah at the beginning of my career - it's a great place to visit when it's NOT humid!

Open for business with one caveat -

I am out of FDE full sized frame tools. They should be in by mid-week. Will advise. Go ahead and let me know what you need.

Thanks - good to be home!
