New, Rock River Arms item # AR0134. This is RRA's scout rail for flattop receivers. It raises the height of the flattop 1/2" and extends out over the barrel 3-4", as shown in the photo. Designed for long-eye relief scopes. Parkerized finish. It does not have T numbers. The photo of the rail on a gun is a stock photo; the actual rail I am selling is pictured and is new and has never been used or mounted.
