This is a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB holster for the S&W 4006, and the single-stack 4013, 4053, & 4516. It is right hand, made of black cowhide, and has adjustable J-hooks. Crossbreed lists on their website that this holster will work with the non-railed 4006 and 4516. Having similar dimensions to the 4516, I took a gamble and ordered this holster for a single-stack 4013. I lucked out, as this holster fits the 4013 like a glove. This holster may work with other 3rd generation models that have similar dimensions to the models mentioned above, but I don't know for sure.

The holster is in excellent condition. It was only worn a handful of times before I replaced my 4013 as my EDC. This holster sells for $86 through Crossbreed, currently with a 8 week delay. My price is $55 shipped anywhere in the U.S. Payment through Paypal preferred.
