Exclamation WWII German Army, Luftwaffe, and Italian Carcano Ammo Pouches for sale.

Dont know how to edit thread title but--all items have now been sold off-line. Thanks for any interest.

I have 4 WWII Ammo Pouches for sale. Two of these are standard black 3 pouch Army pouches for a Mauser rifle. The third is the much rarer smooth brown 3-pouch Luftwaffe ammo pouch also for the Mauser rifle. Last but not least, I have a WWII Italian Carcano 2-pouch ammo pouch also for sale. Ive no photos of the Carcano pouch but its in very good condition stiff leather. Ill post prices with each pouch shown here.

Terms, 5 day inspection period and I would like to be notified by PM here-or by phone-which ill give my number in a PM.

Since my account was recently hacked, all I can accept are US Postal Money Orders-which I think are still only $1?? or a Money Order from a place like Western Union - Wells Fargo - Federal Credit Unions and the like.

First up-WWII 3 pouch Luftwaffe ammo pouch. Ive tried researching any average price fir these-but found none to try comparing. Im asking $35 for these.

Inside of one pouch:

Back-showing Waffenampt ink acceptance stamp:

Army 3 pouch ammo pouch Nr. 1: (Named)
Inside:

This one the soldier scratched his name on it-which I cant make out:

Front side of both. Also, the light from the camera makes these appear dirtier than they are and the other photos taken of pouch Nr. 2, never arrived to my email account or id post them here.
The named pouch I would like $35 for which seems to me the average price for unnamed pouches. Pouch Nr. 2--I would like $25.

I dont have images of the Carcano pouch but, I would like $20 for it. I dont know what the average values are for these? So if anyone knows and can tell me by PM, and if cheaper than mine? let me know and ill change the price accordingly. If valued higher? price stays the same.

Im asking $8 for shipping for one item, and if its more? ill eat cost. If you order 2 items? $10, all three, $10 and ill throw in the Carcano pouch. This pouch has many surface scrapes and such but otherwise-still in average condition.

I forgot to add these to the thread title but, if anyone is also interested in WWII German officer uniform items? Im asking $1,500 for the Artillery Majors tunic--average prices for these between $2,000 to appx $2,800. Im selling cheaper to move fast in order to buy more guns. The tunic is made of doe-skin quality material-is grey-green in color, has one small period repair near the right shoulder. It does not come with pictured awards-I added them for show purposes. The insignia you see on the tunic certainly comes with the tunic. The award on the Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon-does come with the tunic. Its called an Iron Cross 2nd class spange. This means the soldier won the I.C, 2nd class twice-once for each war. Also, the tunic comes with award loops for two awards. Most likely they were an Iron Cross 1st class, and a double award for it for WWII as well. Or--an Iron Cross 1st class, and an Artillery Badge.

Tunic:

Inside:

Not sure what this tag is for? but its not a laundry tag as those were always ink stamped on the inside of tunics. I think its either a Tailors tag since this is a private purchase tunic--or maybe even some kind of a unit I.D, tag???

This is a marked Dagger-hanger clip--which were located on the inside of the tunic so is where they would attack the dagger hangers going through a pocket area so to remain partially hidden, and that is what a dagger would be attached to:

Close up of the left breast pocket where awards were attached. None of these awards im using here for illustration purposes--come with the tunic-nor does the 8 place ribbon bar. Where you see the Iron Cross 1st class and Artillery badge--is where the two sets of loops are placed at for these awards:

Sorry this image is posted sideways, I had no control over that. This shows the back side of the tunic. I have cardboard stiffeners I added to the sleeves to keep them from wrinkling-so what you see is not damage:

Close up of Majors shoulderboards:

Another inside view:

What you see on the cap is what came with it. This cap is also doe skin quality material. Front view of Artillery visor cap:

Top view. There are two slight moth nips on it. Left side about middle, and ricght side closer to edge of cap and lower. These appear as darker spots:

Inside cap showing brown leather sweat band and center inside showing where sweat diamond would have been. Its more common than not-for partial or all of the sweat diamond to be missing because it was made of brittle celluloid material:

Side view showing classic "Saddle-back" shape:

Though the rear view image has not been sent to me yet, there is one more tiny moth nip on the green band center back of cap. This cap im pricing at $900--average prices for these $900 to $1,800 depending what dealers sites you look on as well as condition. Mine would easily fetch around $1,200.

The last item is a Kriegsmarine enlistedmans officer up grade overseas cap. I got this in 2001 for my birthday by the man who wore it during the war. The man who gave it to me was Lt. Engineer on U 181: Dieter Hille. He told me about why he had an enlistedmans cap. In 1944, they were about to head for Singapore to join the 10th U flottille--based there and under the command of Kapitan zur See (Captain of the Sea) Wilhelm Dommes. Dieter needed an overseas cap, so went to the Kriegsmarine clothing depot at Lorient, France-bought the only overseas cap available--being the only type available-he had the tailor add officers gold waffenfarbe but had to keep the enlisted metal insignia-since the officer insignia--was not available. As was normal practice--the eagles wings were bent back-so they didnt catch on something inside the uboat. Being made of aluminum--the front side of the wings always cracked or broke. These are broke but complete. Im asking $650 for this cap--and saw only one other available on the net-priced at $1,000. I no longer have Dieters emails telling about the cap=like I mentioned above.
Front:

Side:

Inside also showing markers ink stamp:

Posted with insurance on the tunic will be around $50. I will refund any extra postage costs if cost is lower? Postage for the caps will be $15--also insured.

PS, I can add more photos on request-but might take a few days as Keith has my photos.

One more bump. Possible deal in the works by private collector off site, but if deal falls through? bumping up one last time.
