Outside of box is excellent with a couple of small scratches. Inside is in very nice, with a small crack in plastic in front of cylinder, and a small rubbed spot where sight rest. Felt in NOT coming off, it is in nice condition. Bottom section is a little faded all over except where the gun laid. Lock is a tiny bit bent but still works fine.
