I have one 4006 11 round magazine. This is the pre-ban model with the yellow follower. I purchased it used several years ago when I was shooting plates with a 4006.

The magazine functions fine. It will hold 11 rounds and the slide locks back with the magazine inserted into the pistol.

I am asking $22.00 shipped via USPS first class with tracking. I prefer Pay-Pal, but will consider money order.
