Photos tell the story, but this is a near new unit. It’s been passed on a ceramic rod a couple of times, and in my pocket for maybe 3 hours at most. A big, beefy knife, with G-10 scales, ATS-34 blade with the famed Bos heat treatment, and comes with a nice sheath as well as pocket clip. Definitely survival oriented, you are not going to break this knife; and you can even use it as a hex bit driver utilizing the lanyard hole. $80 shipped to your door.
Another nice knife that just isn’t finding itself getting into my EDC rotation is this Gerber Covert Auto. Near new- I’ve had it about 3 months, and only carried it once or twice. Again, only a couple of passes with a ceramic rod to remove any factory burrs, and never used to really cut anything. Does make a great letter opener, though. ;-) This is the good one, with S30V steel and aluminum scales. Titanium nitride finish.
