This a a vintage NOS, Smith & Wesson, LH, black leather, holster, model 501, for a 4" revolver. It is in the original package and has never been used. It will fit a Smith &Wesson K frame, a Colt Lawman, Official Police, Trooper 4" and other brands. The leather and stitching is in excellent condition.
