I know this is an S&W site but I am a member and what the heck. I have an arsenal refinished 1911. It has an Ithaca marked slide in near perfect condition but the lower is serial numbered to the Remington Rand 1911 group. This kind of mis-match is very common with arsenal referbs. So if someone out there has a near perfect Remington upper with a Ithaca lower and want to increase the value of both our guns let's talk.
