Very good condition, I rate them 95% new condition.
Looks like take offs since all looks nw, including the screw. But there is a mark in the laquer on the richt panel, see first of the S&W target grips pictures below.
As you van see perfect fit on my 686. 100% new screw.

New, not used. Nicely made, good checkering. No screw and nut. Can be used to replace bad Colt grips, re-use the colt screw.
