Hi guys. I'd like to show you some new barrels we are producing for the Shield in both 9mm and 40-9 conversion. Our barrels are 416R certified stainless steel with 1/16 broach cut 6-groove and are hardened to 43RC.
Threaded 9mm stainless dimpled barrels are available tonight (1/27/17) for Pre-Order. Expected ship date is February 15th or Sooner. Click the link to check out our pictures and place pre-order.
The barrels will be a match grade 1/2x28 threaded drop in and will work for all 9mm Shield pistols. They include stainless thread protectors with tension o-ring and will have an 11 degree crown on the muzzle. The first batch will also have a unique shallow dimpled texture, our own little cosmetic twist we put on them. Pricing on these barrels in stainless steel is $219.
Our next batch of 40-9 conversions will be available about 2 weeks after these, give or take. They will be direct drop in to SAFELY fire 9mm out of your 40 Shields. It requires no other modification. The first batch will not be threaded or dimpled and will be $199
In the near future we will offer both a black PVD diamond like coating (DLC) and a gold TiN finish for the barrels.

Our machining capabilities and equipment outpace 80% of the firearms manufacturing industry. Our engineers have decades of experience and have past and current experience manufacturing components for medical and aerospace industries, as well as high end rifles (such as 338 AR BCGs, Uppers, rail systems, as well as some of the highest quality and well known suppressor systems). These are their first foray into barrels and it isnt taken lightly. We want you to have some of the highest quality, most accurate, yet still affordable options when it comes to shooting.
