S&W-stamped suede-lined high-ride holster marked BLW 624LH, scarce left-handed version, these were an option with the purchase of Lew Horton 3" Model 624s back in the '80s, should fit any traditionally-lugged 3" N-frame, very clean, possibly new, but shows what looks like a couple light storage scuffs so I'll call it used. Asking $75 shipped Priority insured.
