Aker Shoulder Holster, right hand, marked Model 101-A for S&W 4006, but my 3913TSW with rail fits in it as if it were made for it, also the CS9 seems to fit nicely in it, $55 shipped.

Photo to far right holster is for a HK P2000SK, may fit others, my 3913TSW snaps into it nicely as long as the safety lever is in the down/off position, $40 shipped.
