*SPF* is a very nice example of an original condition Smith and Wesson presentation case for a 4" 29-2, or other 4" N frame. The wood has some of the best grain I've seen on these cases. No dents/scratches whatsoever. The insert is in very good condition as well, with barely any wear on the blue flocking. No cracks in the plastic insert. The only minor flaw is the very end knuckle on one of the hinges is missing, as pictured. This doesn't affect the case opening and closing at all; it's purely aesthetics if you're looking closely. I've placed a small piece of tape on the post cap to ensure it doesn't move. The lid opens and closes flawlessly, and alignment of the wood is perfect.
