I bought these parts from Numrich or SARCO and they appear to be in excellent condition. They are surplus to my needs at this time, so I'm offering them up for sale.

Model 10/Victory hammer and trigger -- $40.00 Shipped
Hammer has 0.265" high spur, case coloring intact, with hammer nose installed. Hammer has some very light pitting on right hand side. Trigger is serrated, 0.265" wide, with case coloring intact.
Numrich website says these were also used on British, K-38 Outdoorsman, and MILITARY & POLICE (K frame) models.

.38 S&W Victory model barrel -- $35.00 Shipped
Barrel is marked .38 S&W (not .38 Special). Still has lots of cosmoline on it as you can see with remnants of grease paper wrap. This is not "new old stock" because it has a serial #; so I guess it was a take-off that was put away for spares.
