The arthritis in my hands has progressed to the point that playing the guitar is pretty painful so I'm letting go of a couple of beautiful guitars. I'm selling these face to face only, please. I'm located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

First up is a 2017 Martin D-35 with an Ameritage Gold Level case. I purchased this beautiful guitar brand new on July 18th. Included is an Ameritage Gold Level, 6 lock case that also includes a hygrometer and a humidification & de-humidification system that I purchased brand new in August. I will also throw in a Martin Guitar strap, folding guitar stand, and several sets of strings. There is one very small mark on the soundboard and a couple of extremely light marks on the back that should buff out, They are extremely small and do not show up in the photographs. Next up is my 2017 Peerless Monarch Custom hollowbody jazz box. his gorgeous guitar has less than an hour of play time and is in absolutely perfect condition with no dents, dings, scratches, gouges, or flaws of any kind. It's made with all solid woods. The top is solid hand carved spruce and the back & sides are solid hand carved maple. The workmanship of Peerless Archtops is impeccable.The original hardshell case is included. The price on this one is $1,300.00.
