If you haven’t already found out, Nikon is no longer in the Riflescope business, meaning your lifetime warranty will not get you a replacement scope. My Monarch went foggy, and as a result I sent it to Nikon. What I got was a voucher...it could only be used at Nikon (remember, no scopes available).
So I’ve used my voucher for items I thought might be of sufficient value that I can get some of my money back. As a result I have two items, both NIB as they came from Nikon, price and description below.
1 - Nikon Prostaff 3 Fieldscope (spotting scope), 60mm objective with 16-48 zoom. These are great at the range, especially since this one includes a Tripod and a nice carrying case. Nikon retail is $329.95, asking $275 plus $10 shipping.
***SOLD*** 2 - Nikon Prostaff 7S Binoculars, 10x42. Nikon retail is $199.95, asking $150 plus $10 shipping. I own a set of these and they are excellent binoculars. Nikon is well known for their glass quality.
