NAA mini revolver custom holster Knife sheath FS in ohio

I have a Snubby Fan made custom cross draw RH holster that includes a sheath for a small fixed blade Queen bird and trout knife (included). The holster fits the NAA 22 lr 1 1/8 inch barrel revolver. The Queen knife is USA made with the winterbone scales. Etching on blade is still very visible with Queen #85 marked. Knife sells for around $40 so I need $85 shipped for this set.
I just found the original sheath for the knife but it is missing the keeper strap. I have a leather shoestring to tie around the knife. It will be included in the sale
