The following are what I call FBI style:

#6. SOLD PF Shipley with a dog ear, shown with my Model 29 4" N Frame.
Shipley closed shop in 1972, so this is quite an old holster, but still in
pretty good shape. $30.

#7. SOLD PFHere is a Brauer Brothers holster with dog ear and a retention strap.
$25.

#8. SOLD PD In the early 1950s Crump was competing with Heiser for the FBIs
holster business. Here is their holster made for Colt's OP, but it fits, and
is shown with my Model 19. $30.

#9. SOLD PF Wally Wolfram made this holster for Smith & Wesson, then a few
years later, Smith & Wesson bought his company. $30.

#10. SOLD PF Wally made this little "Wolf" brand when he was a law enforcement
officer in Albuquerque shortly after being discharged from the Army Air
Corp, after WWII. One of the very earliest "dog ears" and nicely carved.
Fits J Frames. Shown with my Charter Undercover. $30.

I call the following holsters "speed scabbards" because they all have open
tops.

#11. SOLD PF This Lawrence Model #34 fits flush at the muzzle with a 4" N Frame.
Shown with my Model 29. Inside smooth cowhide, and exterior is durable
pigskin. $20.

#12. SOLD PF Safariland Model 561, made for and shown with my full size 1911,
lined with suede to prevent the "snick". That's the little noise the holster
makes as the gun is drawn from a kydex holster. $30.

#13. SOLD PF PWL (Price Western Leather) Model 320 shown with my S&W Model
642, but actually made for Colt's Detective Special, Cobra and Agent. It
should also fit Ruger's SP101 and LCR. $30.

#14. SOLD PF PWL's 120TS (TS means tension screw). Price Western is a British
Company, not too well known in the U.S. but they do a lot of business
world-wide. Shown with my Colt's Agent. Will fit Detective Special, Cobra
as well. Will also fit Ruger's SP101 and LCR. $30.

#15. SOLD PF This floral embossed Slim Jim is made for, and shown with Colt's
1860 Army. $20.

This final group is what I call field holsters, but you can carry in them
anywhere you like.

#16. SOLD PF This neat little Hunter brand was made for, and is shown with
S&Ws 2" K Frame, such as my Model 10. $20.

#17. SOLD PF Smith & Wesson "Wessonhide" field style. They don't make them
any more, so it is collectible. Fits my 2" Model 10 K Frame, but looks to
me like there is enough room for 2.5" barrel and adjstable rear sight. $30.

#18. SOLD PF This black Crump field style has a paddle, in the tradition of the
Barton Special. Very handy for quick on/off. Also shown with my 2"
Model 10 K Frame. $30.

#19. SOLD PF Bucheimer's Federal man is very similar in construction to the
original Tom Threeperson's holster, but it has a higher ride and retention
strap. It fits the 4.75" Colt Single Action Army and/or clones. $25.

Thank you all for looking, and for helping me thin the herd. Thes last 18

Taking a few - got carried away - Wish I had bid on the Third Auction

Only 9 holsters remain. Thank you for helping me thin my herd. Keep it
up. Buy your gun a new holster for Christmas.
Sorry, I was mistaken. I was just in my closet and found one
that I didn't even remember that I had. Is there any doubt that
I needed to thin the herd?

#20. SOLD PF Wally Wolfram, I believe made for Pitt. W1 means it was
made for a J Frame. My J frame has a concealed hammer, so I
use the Charter Undercover that has a hammer, and this holster
has the hammer protector aka "dog ear". There are a couple of
names and dates etched on the front down near the muzzle but
I can't make them out. The unique thing about this holster is a
snap-on belt loop. Front is shown at left. 2nd from left is a photo
of the back showing the snaps. Better pounce on this one
quickly. $30.
