Has anyone tried this ammunition? It is marked TFMJ.

What are you wanting to know?
S&B ammo that I've seen was OK ammo.
TFMJ means the lead core is compoletely enclosed by the jacket so no lead shows anywhere.

Any information on clean vs dirty, velocity, flash, usual stuff. I like some input before putting unknown ammo through our beloved S&W's.

IMHO it is just plinking ammo, so I paid litttle attention to the factors that are important in defense ammo. It goes bang and is acceptable for practice. It does not make power factor for IDPA.

Lots of that brand is available around here. I've shot it in .38 Special, 9MM, 45ACP and others I can't remember.

It's not the best for reloading if you are going to save the brass. The brass seems to be "uneven" and primers are difficult to replace.

I've had excellent luck with it.

I've shot S&B Nontox in 9mm. I found it clean & accurate.
