Default Lot Numbers

I'm dealing on several boxes of expensive magnum rifle ammo.
Advertised as factory fresh, Weatherby. There is 5 different lot
numbers on boxes. Is there a way to date ammo from lot no#s?

Probably, but only a Weatherby ammo collector would know. You might ask on the International Ammunition Association forum if it is important for you to know. That's the most likely place to find out.
