Walmart if they have it. Either the 100 pack of winchester FMJ for $21, or the 250 pack of Rem. UMC for $52. After that, I think Ammo, Ammunition, Rifle Ammunition, 9mm Ammo, Military Surplus is the best mail order place. They have a wide selection of 9mm available at reasonable prices, and they do not screw you on the shipping. No tax too if so long as you don't live in TX.

My Academy store here in Texas is currently running Monarch brass for $7.99 a box of 50. I went down and bought 5 boxes today.

LTD ammo sales online has PMC 9mm for 209.99 per 1000 rounds. I have ordered from them in the past and they are great.

Our local WalMart has had Federal FMJ at arounf $8 or $9 /box . It was coming in regularly for a while. I prefer Federal to Winchester White Box but I did buy a box of the Winchester because that was all they had at the time. The Winchester cost $12.00 something plus tax.
