It should be top notch stuff. They are one of, if not the oldest independent ammo manufacturers around. I have shot tons of their 38 special ammo over the years without any issue.

Cool

Yes sir, shot a couple thousand rounds each of their 38 spl and 40 s+w. Good ammo with no misfires and pretty clean to boot. Shoot 'em up!!!

During the 80s my department issued each of us 100 rounds per month of ZERO 158gr. SWC .38 Spl ammo for practice. I accepted ammo in trade for swapping days off, working an extra half shift, etc. and so shot 400-500 rounds per month of the stuff. It always went BANG for me.

Jimmy , bought large amounts of re-man training ammo from them for my former LE agency during 1970's-1980's. Purchased 38 SPL 148WC also during that period for PPC competition. Still occasionally get bullets for reloading. Good stuff. In my experience the ammo has been clean, reliable and fairly accurate. Sometimes have backorders but easy to deal with. Don't know if the ammo you ordered is new or re-man, but either way you should be pleased with it. They have always been located in Cullman, AL. As far as I know they probably still are.

I've purchased .38 Special, 357 Magnum, 9mm, 10mm and .45 ACP from Zero. Complete satisfaction.
