Default Older Remington .357 ammo
I bought a 686-4 and also got 15 rounds of 158gr Remington .357 SJHP. I think this ammo is as old as the gun (price on box was $19.99 for 50). Are there any concerns firing this?

As long as there's no corrosion, old ammo is still good ammo. Given the barest reasonable care, it lasts for years with no problems.
