Default Federal Range and Target Ammo

I have been looking at the above in 9mm on Able Ammo's site.
Does anyone have any experience with either this particular Federal product or Able ammo itself? Thanks in advance. By the way this is my first post, so if I could have found the answer by using the "search" key, I apologize.

IMO, the Federal Champion ammo is very weak and I no longer use it. The Federal American Eagle is better and their JHP seem to be okay. For range ammo, I like Fiocchi, S&B, Magtech, and even WWB better than the Federal. I have found the best defensive load to be Corbon DPX 115 +P except for my 3" barrel Kahr where I use the Gold Dot Short Barrel.
