Thumbs up AR M&P 15 Bullet Weight

A friend will reload .223. Bullets will be ordered from Montana Gold. What weight is everyone using for the 1 in 9 twist of my barrel? Appreciate help. Thanks in advance. erk

62/69 worked well in mine. 55 groups were a little bigger but that could have been the WWB ammo. Haven't tried the 72 yet.
