The M-22 works well in a variety of semi-auto firearms. I have had good results w/ the Rem. 525 in my 15-22. Feeding was not 100% in my 1911 pistol using a Marvel .22 conversion unit. This unit has been perfect through several thousand rounds with Aguila, CCI Mini-Mags and Federal Champion.

The batch of M-22 I have has quite a few duds in it. Just guessing maybe 5 out of a hundred. But, it is 22 and sometimes those things happen.

Both are promo ammo offerings and for just plinking it's about the cheapest stuff available. You will get duds, squibs and a few damaged rounds in the bulk packs from my experience but for informal plinking and if you have a sense of humor it fits a nitch.
For serious target work and hunting I would use CCI Mini-Mags, Federal Champion, and even the Winchester HV sold in the red 100 round sleeves. You will pay more but the ammo is better.

I have had excellent results from m-22 in my 10/22. It is the only ammo I have found to be nearly 100% reliable.

None of my guns like the REM., offerings much, but no matter-- Dicks it seems like to ask several questions when you buy ammo that are none of their business. They don't get mine---
