It depends on how badly you want them.$45 shipped would be better and more in line with where they should be.

They were selling them at Gander Mountain the other day for $8 per 100. I didn't buy any.

No, not a good price to me. That's $.19 per round. They typically sell for $8 to $9 per 100.

Close to $100 for a brick of ammo that used to sell for around $20?
Sounds like a super price.....for the seller.

Thats a good price when compared to the $25/100 that CCI is getting and they are selling. Of course CCI has been missing from local retailers for about a year now. They simply do not exist in my neck of the woods.

What is your neck of the woods Lady T? Throw me a postal code. I see the 100 packs quite often here in north Texas. What I haven't seen in awhile is the Choot 'em bulk pack.

I just tried and the 40 gr were sold out and they had changed the other one to Velocitors for $60 per 500.
That ammo thread has been very good to me. Helps that I have a Cabelas store local too.
If you are in El Paso, Ft. Bliss area, looks like the Walmart in Las Cruces has some ammo for you too... I would call before making the drive though. I was stationed at WSMR several years ago.
Find 22 Long Rifle ammo in stock at Walmart

I wouldnt pay over $45 (if u need them that bad). Other then that, id find something else to spend time shooting. .22lr is finally working its way back around again. We've had stores full down here in the south for about 2 months now. I'm hearing stories of more and more people finding them more frequently in other states.

I did get a 375 count box back in December but that went into the care package for my sons and grandchildren to use. Thats been it though. None of the 100 count boxes have been seen for some time.

Heads up... a user in the ammo scores thread posted that Cabela's called him and the CCI minimags are on back order. Hopefully y'all were able to get in and will get the ammo, not get pushed out for eternity.

I would be upset if that happened considering th site said it was in stock and confirmed the order.
update: It appears that my stuff is on backorder. Somehow I don't see in stock and backorder being the same thing but Cabelas does.

YES, TOO HIGH $
Plus I just don't think they are "ALL THAT". They do seem to shoot a bit cleaner. For the $ I prefer the Federal 550 value pak's. I do like the cci 22 mags. IMO EVERYONE needs to decide on the very top price per round they are willing to pay and stick to it. Mine is 6-8 cents per round depending on brand, & would prefer NO Remington goldens or thunderbolts.

It looks like they tripped up on this one. They had them in there with no limit too, so folks are getting cancellations if they ordered more than one. At least you got in on it, and hopefully the back order isn't too long.

I just happened to be looking at the Gunbot web page early Saturday morning, when these popped up. 500 packs of CCI Mini Mags. I ordered a box of solids and a box of HP within the first 5 minutes. So far, it looks good, but they have not shipped yet, nor has my card been charged.

Good price for the seller. I walked out of my LGS with 1000 rounds(2 bricks) of .22rf CCI standard velocity (1070 FPS) 40 grain........$78..tax included, 7.8 cents/round. That's CCI's retail, barcode scanned price. I'm sure my LGS could have marked it up X2 and sold it that day. I have bought many guns from my LGS and provided a lot of referrals so he gave me a nice back scratch. I appreciate his honesty and generosity. He doesn't charge me for transfers, I provide pizzas to him & his employees every couple month's. We sit down, eat, talk & loaf for an hour. Good for all.

It had a limit of one so I got one of the 40gr and 1 of the 36gr. Didn't even try and order more. I was happy to see my order go through but became unhappy when I discovered my card had been charges and in stock turned into backordered.
