Blazer Brass vs Fed & WWB
I saw Blazer Brass 9mm 115 grn FMJ on sale today at Gander Mountain. $89.99 per 350 rds. I've been shooting Fed & WWB 9mm 115 grain in my pro core & SA RO 9mm. My question is...is Blazer Brass an OK ammo. Never tried it. Price is about the same as Fed & WWB which is a little hard to find right now. I'm just shooting targets.

I've never had any problems with it in any of my pistols, I would put it in the same class as wwb and fed fmj ammo you mentioned.

As of late WWB has been extremely dirty but works well as does Blazer. But Federal would be my first choice in just about any caliber. Fiocchi and Sellior & Bellot are good too.

I like Federal better than WWB, but lately there were some sales at Dick's that had WWB at $22 / 100, so that won.
Blazer brass is on par with Federal, but the rounds are a little dirtier from the box, so my hands look like I've been working on the car after loading a couple of mags.

I like Blazer Brass as well as anything. The only slight negative about the 350 rd boxes is that there are no inner boxes. There are plastic trays, though. Good ammo, never had a problem with it.

OK, thanks. Gander Mountain had stacks of it whereas WM is out of Fed right now. Might as well buy it as long it is the same price as WM Fed.

My Springfield EMP shoots the Federal ammo better than Blazer or WWB. I don't worry about it being dirty, that's what you get these days, beggars can't be choosers.

I prefer Blazer Brass to WWB (Value Packs). When I can find Blazer Brass on sale in the 350 round boxes, all the better.

Before I started reloading, Federal 115's were my favorite. Never bought Blazer of any kind. (no special reason) Bob
