Default Kudos for Magtech

I happened to be in a local gun shop where I picked up a free 2014 Magtech catalog. Frankly, ammunition catalogs are usually just a few back pages of a gun catalog such as those by Winchester and Remington but the catalog in question is by far the best illustrated and most informative ammo presentation I've ever seen. Someone at Magtech deserves credit.

I mention this because at times, we're too quick to pillory those companies that disseminate misleading, confusing or poorly illustrated catalogs. So, I thought I'd take the opportunity to give Magtech an Atttaboy Award. They got this one right.

Their ammo is fine, too, at least anything I've used. Particularly .45ACP, but I believe that I've used .38 Spl and 9mm, possibly .357.

I'll be keeping my eye out for some 9mm to try out then.

After you fire it, you are also left with some fine reloading brass.

I like Magtech stuff.

I am a devotee of the Magtech line of ammunition!
Here is an online link to the catalog. It is down loadable.

I shoot a lot of their .45 acp. No problems with it. Good stuff at a great price.

Lately I've used lots of 9mm Magtech and it works just fine. In the past I've used a box of .38 and it was fine. It's a brand I'd trust.
