Speer Gold Dot out of stock
Hello everyone.
After reading all the great reviews on Speer Gold Dot ammo I bought a 20 round box of the 9mm 115 grain while at Cabela's recently (115 was all I saw on the shelf). I am wanting to buy some 50 round boxes of 124 grain. Everywhere I look online and locally are out of stock. Just wondering—are Gold Dots usually hard to come by?
Thanks!

In 50 round boxes, local stores, yes. I've seen them (randomly) in Dallas at GT Distributors (primarily a police supplier, but with a great store). You might give them a call.

Fan--I use Ammoseek.com. You can narrow your ammo search pretty much however you want. Here is some 115 in stock.

Thanks for the input, everybody. I just placed an order. I'm excited to compare the 115 to the 124.
Thanks again!

Like most ammo companies, Speer makes 'em in patches; there'll be a long dry spell, then suddenly it's available, then a year or more dry again sometimes.
Buy when you can, and the 50 round LE boxes are a deal compared to the 20 round civilian ones.

They can be but usually not. At any given time at least one out of my 4 lgs has ample supply and 124gr tend to be the most common, sometimes in +p sometimes not

Look like SG Ammo has a couple of 1000 round cases left and 30+ 50 round boxes.
I have dealt with them before and they are a good company who I believe is out of Oklahoma.

Try ammunitiondepot.com . I buy gold dot +p JHP from them in both 9mm and .45acp. They almost always have them in stock.
