Does anyone have experience with this ammo or opinions?
I've seen you tube videos that show reasonable penetration and reliable expansion.

I've read it's a good option where hollow point ammunition is banned. It lacks the sharp edges of an expanded hollow point and I would expect it to be less efficient than the Federal HST.

You may find it will feed more reliably in a particular pistol.
