Default 380 ammo

I have a new BG 380 and am looking for an ammo to break it in that is dependable but not so expensive. Any suggestions? I prefer American made factory ammo.

USA made

Winchester USA 100rd value pack
Federal American Eagle
Remington 88gr JHP 100 rd value pack

Foreign
PMC bronze FMJ
Fiocchi FMJ

I have ran all of these through my BG without a single malfunction. If you have light primer strikes, go with Federal followed by Winchester. The Winchester and Fiocchi are more plentiful locally, so that's what I shoot mostly in this caliber.

I buy all my .380 ammo from Freedom Munitions. Even with shipping, I pay @ $0.35 a round as opposed to @ 0.42 to 0.46 from the local retailers.

Fired hundreds of rounds through my Glock 42 and my wife's Sig P238....absolutely no problems.

Anything that will make a hole is fine, don't waste your money on the exotic stuff.
With a 380 you need all the edge you can get.

I carry a 380 in my pocket when nothing else will work, just make sure you can hit your target and you'll be fine.

I carry the Remington Golden Saber, 102 gr slug seems to work well in the shootings I've seen the aftermath of.
