Does anyone have or know where I can get a few boxes of 35 Remington ammo for my Marlin 336C rifle?

An LGS here has some, and you can order online, but apparently they have only 5 boxes. And they're limiting it to only one box per customer. I didn't see any at Cabela's or Brownell's, though. It must be more scarce than I realized.

You might find some on Gun Broker.

35 rem is definitely hard, to impossible to find. I gave up and started reloading for it.

Just got a new Cabela's shooting catalog and they had Remington brand 35Rem ammo, don't know if it is in stock or if it is on their website.

I sold my 336 when I couldn't find any ammo at less than $3 a round.

I have found it at walmart and basspro for around $25 a box have had no problums yet getting it

I think it's regional, my local shop didn't get a single box in, same at 2 nearby Gander Mountain's. All I could find was gun broker at $60 or more per 20. I did lay eyes on a box at a local gunsmith who had a box on consignment, it had sold at $125 on GB and was awaiting shipment. I sold the rifle that week.

I stumbled across a box of Rem Core Lokt ($16.99!!!) at a LGS and the same day 2 boxes of Hornady Leverevolution ($29.99/BX) at our local Gander Mountain. This was 2 weeks ago!!! Keep pluggin' away, it's out there.

I have seen the Hornady online a few time in the last few months. I don't think Remington made any this year from what I have seen. I have plenty of brass to reload and about 100 rounds of factory ammo mix of Remington and Hornady so I have been passing when I see it. I know many are in need of it and I would rather they get it.

At todays' Medina Ohio gun show,a few tables/vendors had the Hornady 35Rem stuff. 200gr @ $36/box,165gr @ $29/box.

.35 Rem is extremely popular with us woods hunters in NY state. Generally, I always see it on dealers' shelves.

However, .35 Rem. along with the .30-30 and shotgun slugs, are seasonal items and the ammo companies don't produce it all year as few people think about shooting them until fall deer season.

I saw several tables with it today at a local gun show here in MO. I've also seen it on the shelves at some of the local retail stores. Never shot anything in 35, so I've never paid much attention to the prices.
