Federal 9mm Canadian Contract
Does anyone have any experience with this 115 grain round? I see it's listed at standard velocity but numerous sources are stating that it is more of a Plus P version. Can anyone confirm?

Federal's XM9001 load is rated at 1225fps. Though it is not a "+P" load, it's pretty much right in the middle.
9BP = 1180fps
XM9001 = 1225fps
9BPLE = 1300fps

Not in the middle,at least not in the middle of a standard load and a +P load. Standard loading for 9BP is 1180FPS but the 9BPLE is a +P+ load with no SAMMI standard, I think what you have is a +P
load. Not trying to be a jerk here, just trying to help the OP.

I shot 2 mags the other night out of a 6906 and there is a difference in recoil compared to the BP load! not a terrible difference.
I actually have my 6906 loaded with them right now.

I have shot several hundred of this wonderful round!! It's a solid 1,200 fps and is one of THE most accurate 9mm rds. I have ever shot. It was loaded for a Canadian Police contract which prevented them from buying +p ammo due to PC BS.
